During the inspection, we take the time to walk through the home/property with you to address our findings and answer any questions. We know a simple home inspection checklist is not enough, so we take the time to create a detailed picture of the property, itemizing all the major components and their condition. A list of major items to repair will be presented along with a list of items in need of normal maintenance or attention.

Our detailed reports are presented electronically, in a timely manner. They are in an easy to read format with a clear summary of critical findings. Every report includes itemized deficiencies, along with color photos to show the scope and location of each concern.
